We are in very strange and worrying times but we want to reassure you that we have put all the appropriate measures in place to protect you and our team at Natasha Hodges Hair. Please read through the following so you can feel prepared for, and confident about, your visit.
When we know we are able to reopen Natasha or Abbey will call you to arrange your appointment. Until we have contacted everyone on our standby list we will not open online booking. If you would like to join the standby list please contact us.
If you have your own face mask, please bring this with you. If you do not have your own we can provide one.
Please attend your appointment on time as we need to limit the number of guests in the salon at any one time. We will be able to welcome you within 10 minutes before or after your appointment time and deeply appreciate your cooperation in keeping our salon safe for everyone.
If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible as our services are in high demand and we can offer the appointment to another guest.
The salon door will be open so you do not need to touch the door handle. Please use the hand sanitiser provided and wait on the floor sticker to be seated. If a guest is being attended to ahead of you please keep a distance of at least one metre until we are ready to see you.
We will guide you to your seat which will be yours for the entire stay. There will be an empty chair between you and any other guest to allow for appropriate social distancing.
If you have a jacket we will show you where to hang this up.
Your stylist will wear a face mask and gloves. We may need to remove our gloves to cut your hair but we will wash and sanitise our hands after removing them and before starting to cut.
There will be hand sanitiser at each cutting section for you to use at any time. We also have sanitising wipes and anti-bacterial spray to clean and refresh all surfaces you may come into contact with.
We have doubled up on all equipment for each stylist so we can ensure that all combs, brushes and styling tools are used only on you and then thoroughly cleaned before the next guest.
The team will wear aprons.
We are using disposable gowns and capes.
Towels are for your use only and deep cleaned afterwards.
We have removed all reading material so please bring your own.
We will offer refreshments in single-use takeaway cups so we can dispose of them immediately.
Sanitised wipes will be available in the restroom to clean any areas of your choice. We have also provided disposable toilet seat covers and paper towels for wiping your hands.
At our cleansing area, we will only allow two guests at on time to allow space and masks will be worn at all times.
When moving around the salon, please keep your distance from other guests and team members.
We will ask for payment from your seat. Please pay by card whenever possible.
We will also rebook your next appointment from your seat.
Only children with an appointment will be allowed into the salon.
If you purchase any products we will wipe these before handing them to you. We can supply a bag if you do not have one of your own.
And finally, in order to protect everyone, if you experience any Covid-19 symptoms or have been around anyone that has them, please do not visit us until the required self-isolation time has passed and you are safe to do so.
